Thank you for shopping with Katowse Decal Reproductions. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Change of Mind: You have 30 days to return unused, non-custom items in original packaging with receipt. Custom items (sized/colored to order) are non-refundable unless faulty.

Faulty or Not as Described: Under Australian Consumer Law, you’re entitled to a refund/replacement regardless of our policy. Contact us immediately.

Condition: Items must be unopened with tags/labels intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these standards.

Refunds are processed within 3-10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. We’ll notify you via email once completed.

Your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear in your account (depending on your bank).

Change of Mind: You’re responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using tracked shipping (we’re not liable for lost returns).

Faulty/Incorrect Items: We’ll cover return shipping. Contact us first for a prepaid label.
